Help us deliver hope to patients.
By registering for Community Days, you’re becoming part of our largest volunteer event of the year. Together with colleagues across the U.S. and Canada, we’ll make a difference for cancer patients in our communities.
By volunteering at Community Days, you’re helping patients in two important ways:
- Gift of a Care Package – Small gestures bring hope to people with cancer. That’s why you’ll create care packages that reach patients through Giving Comfort, our McKesson Foundation program.
- Gift of Services – When you sign up, the McKesson Foundation gives $10 to Ark House, our Cancer Care Community Partner. For more than thirty years, Ark House has offered temporary, low-cost housing to of seriously ill patients and their families who must travel to Dallas to receive medical care. Their goal is to create a restful haven with many of the comforts of home. It is an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff, and it has served thousands of patients so far.
When you sign up, you also support the team challenge for more grants to cancer nonprofits.
